Having been by Victoria's side since the inception of Kosmos, Charlotte took over the helm in 2021, taking the company from strength to strength. With Victoria by her side, they have a wealth of knowledge regarding the search and hire of the very best candidates.
Relishing demanding, fast paced environments and always thinking on her feet, Charlotte has experience and know how, ranging from hands on involvement within the role of a support team member in Financial Services, to managerial posts and senior management later in her career. Charlotte’s unique insight has proven valuable time and time again.
Charlotte holds a BA Hons degree from the University for the Creative Arts and Prince II Foundation and Practitioner’s certificates. Charlotte is also a qualified Transformational Coach specialising in leadership and career development.
